just finished a seven day course called seafood identification and fabrication where i had the pleasure of cutting up numerous fish. Two that were of particular importance to me were the Tilefish and the Wolf Fish. The wolf fish is nuts, just look at it. You are scared. It's okay, your supposed to be. The Tilefish is grand, just look at it. You have an erection. It's okay, you're gross. Before fish class I had meat class and luckily I have one great picture from it that i can share with all of you through interwebbing.

I just thought i would post and balance out the ridiculous spread of posting styles on Our Blog is Different.
